Questions finance and RevOps actually ask
CRM stays read-only. Taurza calculates and certifies. Payroll pays.
General
What does Taurza calculate?
The marginal rate on the next deal, from the plan of record finance already signed.
Who is Ladder for?
Quota-carrying teams of about 20 to 250 reps, and the finance owners who certify the cycle.
Does Taurza pay the commission?
No. Taurza calculates and certifies the payout run. Payroll pays.
Is there a trial?
Yes. Fourteen days on your real plan. Quota is $29 a rep a month. Accelerator is $49. Above 250 reps, email support@taurza.com.
CRM
How does the CRM connect?
Read-only. Taurza pulls closed revenue. It does not create, edit, or delete CRM records.
Can commission be written back into the CRM?
No. The certified number lives in Ladder. The CRM stays a read.
Why not use the CRM commission report?
CRM reports show closed revenue. They do not show the marginal rate or the plan clause.
Is there a write API?
No write-back. Payroll is the system that pays. For anything else, email support@taurza.com.
Privacy
Does Taurza write back to the CRM?
No. CRM access is read-only. Taurza reads closed deals and writes nothing back.
What information do you keep?
The plan of record, attainment, the certified run, and contact details you submit. SMS data only if you opt in.
Who can open a rep's number?
The rep sees their marginal rate. Finance sees the certified run. Roles are set in Ladder.
Where is the privacy policy?
On the Privacy Policy page. Questions go to support@taurza.com.
The cycle
What is the plan of record?
The commission plan finance signs once. Every rate in the certified run traces to it.
What is the published ladder?
The bands a rep can read before the call: what clearing the next bar pays.
What opens a dispute?
A clause in the plan, not a new spreadsheet. The trace shows deal, attainment, rate, and the plan line.
What does finance certify?
One payout run per cycle. Every line ties to the plan. Then payroll pays.
