We process this data on your instruction and for the purpose of operating the platform for you. We do not sell it and do not use it to build profiles of your personnel for any purpose of our own.
Device, browser, and log information, and product usage events, used to keep the service secure and to improve it.
We use information to operate and secure the platform, calculate and present the figures you ask it to produce, provide support, bill for the service, comply with law, and, where you have separately opted in, to send you marketing communications. We do not use connected customer data for advertising.
We share information only with service providers that host, secure, support, and bill for the platform, each bound by contract to protect it; with your own authorized users; and where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell personal information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Phone numbers are never sold, rented, or shared for marketing.
Our SMS program sends promotional marketing messages and is entirely optional. You join it only by submitting a dedicated opt-in that is separate from account creation, purchase, and acceptance of our Terms, and consent is never required to buy or use anything. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
You can leave at any time by replying STOP to any message, and we also honor opt-out requests sent by any other reasonable method, including email to support@taurza.com. We keep a record of consent and of any opt-out.
We keep account and billing records for as long as your subscription is active and for the period afterwards required by law and our legitimate business needs. Connected customer data is retained while your subscription is active and deleted or returned on request after termination, subject to legal retention obligations. Consent and opt-out records are kept as long as needed to evidence compliance.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we handle, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least privilege internally. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, and leave the SMS program as described above.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, and we will honor those rights as applicable law requires.
The platform is a business product and is not directed to anyone under the age of eighteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Policy as our practices and applicable law change. Material changes will be communicated to the email address on your account.
